These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and c8gpt ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the c8gpt website located at https://c8gpt.io and all associated services, features, content, casino games, sportsbook markets, promotional materials, and payment facilities (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should close your account immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity. c8gpt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created by you upon successful registration on the c8gpt Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds currently held in your c8gpt Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by c8gpt.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on the c8gpt Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, crash game, or virtual sports product available on the Platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or payment method evidence requested by c8gpt in the course of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• "Platform" means the c8gpt website, mobile web experience, and any associated applications or software provided by c8gpt.

To be eligible to register and use the c8gpt Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by c8gpt for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of c8gpt, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are depositing funds that are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

c8gpt reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of c8gpt services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one active c8gpt account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, c8gpt will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and may forfeit balances held in those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any other person. c8gpt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify c8gpt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. c8gpt will investigate all reported breaches and may temporarily suspend your account during such an investigation to protect your funds.

All financial transactions on the c8gpt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c8gpt supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. c8gpt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. c8gpt aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) business day of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• c8gpt does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in names other than your registered account name (no third-party deposits).
• Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source account and your c8gpt account may be suspended pending investigation.
• c8gpt reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable and do not contribute to your withdrawable balance until all associated wagering requirements have been completed.

c8gpt offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions during events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time limit specified on the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the deadline.
• c8gpt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and begun wagering.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• c8gpt reserves the right to reverse any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 applies to first-time deposits only. The exact percentage match and qualifying deposit amount are displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration.

All bets and game rounds on the c8gpt Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), football, volleyball, and handball — are governed by the rules displayed in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at c8gpt's discretion. c8gpt reserves the right to void any bet where it has been offered or accepted in error, where the event result is already known at the time of placement, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Casino Games: All casino games on the c8gpt Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and statistically random. c8gpt is not responsible for any technical malfunction within a game provided by a third-party game studio such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi. In the event of a game error, c8gpt will follow the game provider's dispute resolution protocol.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement.
• c8gpt reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet at any time where it reasonably suspects irregular activity.
• Maximum bet and win limits may apply to specific games or markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c8gpt Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or manipulate Platform features.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable software error are void.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or result manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, including placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or availability of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising or soliciting other players.

All content on the c8gpt Platform, including but not limited to the c8gpt brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of c8gpt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of c8gpt.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements with c8gpt.

c8gpt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communications related to your account and promotions you have opted into.

c8gpt does not sell your personal data to third parties. • Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.

c8gpt shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if c8gpt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c8gpt does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c8gpt is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on your device or network.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or power outages.
• Third-party payment provider delays or system failures.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game studios, subject to those studios' own liability terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not maintained adequate security over your credentials.

c8gpt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c8gpt will notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. c8gpt recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which c8gpt operates. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

c8gpt operates as a safe and reliable platform. All games are fair play certified and run on SSL-encrypted infrastructure. c8gpt does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team may be submitted to c8gpt's formal dispute resolution process. Details of this process are available by contacting [email protected]. c8gpt will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal submission.
